Sarah Potter, LEED AP: Sarah has been licensed in two states since 2006. She built custom homes in North Carolina, where she was trained by the NC Solar Center on green building practices and became a LEED AP. After moving her family to Palo Alto, she has focused on gut rehabs and remodels in the downtown Palo Alto area. A recent renovation in Redwood City was nominated for the Mayor’s Beautification Award. She is a skilled Revit draftsman and has vast experience with the Palo Alto Planning and Building regulations.
